For you guys that run stoney roberts shows do you think they would allow chaining of the a arms to get height.... in the rules it says the suspension cant not be solid does that mean it can be stiff with little movement ..... does anyone have pics of chaining the a arms to get front height

No way in hell would they let that slide. They didn't like chain around my tranny and cross member one year... Chains only for doors, hoods and trunks.

The catch is chain for hoods if tied together using wire. you could chain A arms if it weren't obvious and It still bounced though.I don't know if you condone cheating or grey areas though. Were not allowed to fold hoods over if its tied to the core support. At least that's what one of my friend techs told me.Hes a local tech up here though.

see the allow it down here and i wouldnt say its cheating but a grey area cause the suspension would still move thats to me though people can think what they want i mean worse thing could happen is they make you take it out which wouldnt be to bad i dont think

It's worse when it's obvious.Like I said they cater to other drives complain. Like fords have dust covers over their a arms put one over the chain section.

Your better off asking the regular techs in your area.Frank almost says no to all my ideas.Afterall Frank never techs anyhow unless like the situation with my cage on day 2 they called him over and he said let him run because you let him run the other day like that but fix it for the next show.
