like Mitch said it could be anything with efi. I would start looking for cut or broken wires, bad connections.Your not giving much of details either... Does the car die or start running rough?I don't know much about efi either myself.I got tired of it all ripped it out and put a carb on it.Does engine get hot?Crank slow?Seems a bit weird to take dash out and still run stock motor... tpi module on the distributor maybe? sounds like how it would behave.Is it a preran where a busted radiator would have sprayed on the tpi?Throttle body or injector manifold?

Its a freash car and some times it will crank slow but then come out of it and crank fine and it runs strong then just quits. And if it is a throttle bottle or injector manifold and it don't run long to get hot but some times white smoke comes out from under the air breather

sounds like a spark issue either the distributor, or tpi module like comet said

Hey guys, going someone can help me with my fuel injection problem. I am an experienced derby car builder but not much of a mechanic. I am running a 99 dodge stratus this year, my ever fuel injected car and have run into a huge pain in the ass. First ....fuel pump would not fit in my fuel cell. Had a friend who knows what he is doing re build my fuel pump to fit inside. Now pump is pushing fuel to the engine car is turning over great but car will not start at all. It is like it is getting no fuel. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
