what do you guys do to your steering shafts do you add an extra u-joint or what I have never done anything to my steering shafts and I finally broke a steering shaft last yr was wondering what everyone else does to theres

find a slider shaft and 2 knuckes, the oversized knuckles are better if you can get them, Put a knuckle on each end and a slide shaft in between. Takes a little fabbing and some trial and error, but will save you like $250 if you buy one. And if it has a rag joint always eliminate it. If you do nothing else remove the rubber from the rag joint and weld it solid, as this is usually the first thing to break.

the one that broke on me last yr it came off the nockle right at the box just pulled apart it sucked

You can buy double knuckle steering columns off ebay real cheap. I think mine was $20 or $25.
