What are the advantages of welding your a-arms forward?

like I said never have done it maybe I've ran against cars that have done it but I don't know I know I've ran against cars with the a-arms welded to get more height if thats all it is then I can do it but moving the a-arms forward sounds different

when your rules say to weld fom a arms forward it means to reweld the seam on the top of the frame from the a arms to the front bumper

keeps the frame from seperating do to crappy factory welds, Why cant car makers find good welders? Do they use robots or what? Take a good look at any factory welds on your car see what you think

yeah the factory welds suck we do weld from the a-arms forward never thought that was it I gues we have done it my bad

How do you weld your a arms to allow the front end to sit higher? we jack the car up leting the suspension hang then weld,weld,weld,weld may have tp use a lil filler some have a big gap between a-arm to frame

good luck,i wish i could do my current car. mine are bent bad but im runin stock class and no welds...........

well i run a stock class to but i thnk they will let me since its a pre run car
