yeah lol i hear ya, ive got a 85 3/4 ton 2wd burban, weve built GMs before, and thats what we normally run, but ive had my chevy powered ford f250 for the last 3 years so its kinda a change of pase messing with chevy to chevy lol and as clean as my burb is it better hold up good lol

were ford folks,but my brother ran a 87 1/2 ton 2wd burb last 2 years and it held up great so i got the chance to pick up mine.he will b runing another one this year so it should be a battle.lol

One thing I am going to suggest to cut on the front clip is the sheet metal under the fender turn signal, it will lock a tire up bigger than $hit

i folded it to bottom of core support and welded,will that work or will it still hit? thanks

i plan on bending mine alot like yours, but im going to bend it at the turn sig., and then cut the iner, and fold it outa the way and weld it, same with the coresuport... also im going to use a 73-79 doghouse, i just think they look stronger... and the core suport has way more metle in it...

yeah, it sucks to weld, but saved a few (the ones that where used to houle stuff and have the paint beatin off the bed floor..)
