I see you are online. If I get a response within 5 minutes, I will open the connection back up and let you try.

Yes, its is definitely firewall.
although it took about 5 minutes for me to boot up the computer, you might have checked before I had it up and running. Hard to tell, I had just shut down everything.

STill have to do 6073 manually UDP and TCP, I don't think that is in the script. More on ports... DD&F8 uses Direct X 8 findports.com/article/directx-8Application: DIRECTX8 Port range: 2302 - 2400 Protocol: TCP Application: DIRECTX81 External port: 6073 Internal port: 6073 Protocol: TCP

Batch commands for VISTA and Win7
FOR /L %I IN (2300,1,2400) DO netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="DDF8%I" dir=in protocol=tcp localport=%I action=allow
FOR /L %I IN (2300,1,2400) DO netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="DDF8%I" dir=in protocol=udp localport=%I action=allow
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="DDF86073" dir=in protocol=tcp localport=6073 action=allow
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="DDF86073" dir=in protocol=udp localport=6073 action=allow
***Those are all for Incoming. Vista and Win7 firewall also let you control Outgoing ports... if needed, just change "dir=in" to "dir=out"
