What to do with a 97 Mazda 626, it's in good shape, v6, 5speed, o started stripping it yesterday got quite abut done, I need ideas, prebending, hand throdel, any small things that have worked for you guys thy might help me out?

Well according to the rules for 4 cyl the wheel base max is 104, I measured it and it's 102 1/2 so I'm either going to be in with the 4 cyl, but if there are enought 6 cyl then i'll be in with them.

o i would notch the rear and prebend but i would dothat to any car if the rules allow. if its a front wheel drive car then i would run those donuts on the rear since you dont really have to worry about the rear and build to the rules as much as possible

I'm going by the rules, but there are things that they allow, and don't doo I was just seeing what you guys have done, I've never demoed a Mazda, anyone out there that has, and what luck have you had?

ran an 89 in 5 derbies loved that car.dont cut anything weld trunk lid then beat a small wedge across,weld all core support and front frame seams possible,weld motor mounts,dont forget to take out the clutch switch.i forgot till the 3rd derbie when it wouldnt start till i pushed the clutch petal to the floor and to the left...lol.good luck

building a 92 626 running on oct 9 4 cyl 5 speed I disconnected clutch switch and wired the two wires together and car will still only start with clutch in any ideas???
