you guys got it all wrong, imperials werent banned because they're too strong, its because they suck and part break off of them and it gets junk all over the track.
(i love imperials and mopars, seriously. just thought i had to say something stupid like others were haha)

thats where your wrong mopars have neva been the shit whatever kid. thats why imperial are banned I maybe a kid but looks like we know more then you only reason why you like mopars cause you run stock derbys and all others cars are coil spring Mopars are not. 80 and newer fords is whats badass!!!

sometimes with coild springs the rear ends go straight to the ground... and stock derbies is the way to go. who wants to put 100+ hours in a junk crown vic just to take the motor out and put something good in it? cough*318* fords are the best for 80's and newer derbies is what im saying. as far as any other derby you need something with a frame..

I was looking for the You Tube Video, where an IMP took out a Hearse, on a head shot.

Puttin my input in =] I've seen over 60-70 imperials run in derbies around here, have never seen a ford put a hurtin on one. I've only seen two ford EVER beat an imperial and it was my lincoln and my buddies vic. My dad has ran over 15 of them and has never placed lower than 3rd in one. Imperials will RIP apart a ford piece by piece. Now if you go load the frame on a ford you might have a chance, but its still evenly matched. Imperial frames are huge, and if you see one nosed up, dont feel proud. All you did is pull the body by the subframe mounts.

ok it all depends on where your located really some people dont want to pay the money for the chryslers.. around here the ones that do dont put the money into the drive terrain and what not and they over heat because there is alot of weight there to move around this year at my 3rd derby ever i got 4th lost to 2 fords and a sub frammer on top of that i out lasted 2 full framers and another sub framer 1 of the full frammers were built by ziz with one of his engines in it (threw a belt and it over heated)
just my few cents they are good cars but if you dont got the motor to push one your wasteing your time imo
