does anyone buld shifter im looking for one for my 89 vic next year and im not sure what tranny is i wanna say its an AOD.

i just used a straight rod with a bolt at the end when i ran fords

i think after the 2012 season when i pull both my motors and trannys ill build them then.

Yes if its the 80s Ford 302 engine, then it will have the AOD tranny. Decent speed output, not much pushing ability, junk when overheated. Those trans usually last 2-3 runs. But easy to find more.
edit* To prove if it is an AOD tranny, just look at the trans pan under the car. It should say METRIC in big letters across the bottom of the pan.
