Just wondering How big of an impact would a cage make on car traction?Or is it track conditions that matters more?Would too heavy hurt it? I'm running a 393w stroker this year with 4:11 gears c6.Anyone ever get a cage in without moving the dash? figured the extra weight would help traction?Any other thoughts on improving traction?Besides the obvious of tires.I like traction and power to push other guys over the cement barriers and logs.My assend is low about 22 inch to the top of the bumper flipping the mount should have almost 23 inch by tonight.
Also for those Stoney Robert's guys. Can we get away with running a trans cooler inside the car if it's covered up.I'd call frank I might sound weird calling him in the beginning of February lol....

It's just my opinion but, I believe bulldogging a car helps with traction. In my mind by having the front higher than the rear,, more weight will be transferred to the back of the car.

He told us last year under the hood and if in the heater box hole it had to be covered. It's usally his head inspector Clint that gives us a hard time. Tom

I don't like that location...Had a couple fires in that area.hoses tied to firewall etc.Get hit from sides pushes it into the heads to start a fire.Frank calls me fireman lol.I get along with Clint better than Scott lol.I think Scott tends to have favorites....

I get along with Clint pretty well but its because of a local rivalry I have here he dosent like the other guys so treats me well. I have more issues with scott aswell and that goofy looking kid kind of scruffy and chubby dont know his name tho. TOM
