I tried the back side with a flat screw driver. Solid wont move to make the adjustment. The front brakes were functional but very weak after I purged all the nasty old fluid out and bled the whole system with fresh brake fluid. Im thinking ill have to pull each front drum assembly and check it out

better off that way...Could have half a wheel cylinder working also... I usually remove them and knock them back and forth in the vise with a hammer punch and wd40 or other lubrication oil.

Got both drums freed up and adjusted. Just gotta bleed the system. push rod is shortened so I have a bit of play with the pedal.

Haha it was a spooky mess. All cleaned up and reassembled now. Gunna let it sit over night and see if it is still losing fluid. I got carried away grinding the push rod and have about an inch of play at the end of the pedal but the rod hasn't fallen out yet. Probably going to end up replacing the original brake pedal and mounting bracket with something different. All depends on how much more problems it gives me.

too much play... put a piece of rubber from a tire or a mount or ball up some paper tight and put in the end of the cylinder...Now you won't be getting a full stroke out of the pedal with too short of a rod.

I don't remember how deep the hole is in the master but if you have to start over or weld bolt to the rod and grind away.

any idea as to the cam specs for that motor? I still love the way it sounds.I don't think the headers make that much of a difference.

My buddy snuck the picture of me grinding otherwise I wont let people take pics of me. I would rather take the pics than be in them but I do like that picture.

Steering column is finished when I determine the length if the shaft. Then I will cut and weld the quick connect to the shaft and be done. Brake setup is also up and working.
