Thanks guys. Every time I fire the Gropp engine up I get goose bumps. I am very pleased with this engine and I haven't even driven the car yet. I started to make a drive shaft but ultimately decided to order a Nerat slider and be done with it. So when I get that ill be ready for a little thrash session with video. I could of had the build finished for the Miles City Mt derby that was held on the 26th but due to some health concerns I decided against running until I can get these seizures under control. Over the winter I will finish and fine tune the build and figure out where and what rules will let this car run and hit hard. Right now im just playing the waiting game with the doctors so I can get my health back in check. H.S.S. Hillbilly Speed Shop has some awesome mandrel bent headers for a great price. $245 shipped to my door. The Quality, Detail, Performance, Effort, and Pride that went into them were my first thoughts when I looked them over. SOLID PRODUCT! You get your moneys worth for sure. Kevin Cutler provided exceptional customer service with minimal turn around time. He is offering the etched flame design on the stainless steel collectors for FREE. I was very impressed with my overall experience with H.S.S. Give them a call if your in the market for a top of the line product. 920-878-0303.

The master cylinder could be leaking because of rod length adjustment.see if you have any play in the pedal with your hand.Might need to take out the rubber bushing at the end of the rod or make it shorter by grinding. That master cylinder looks almost new to me...

The push rod has already been shortened and there is no play with the pedal. The master cylinder is about 4 years old so I was thinking I damaged it when I had to modify the original push rod to work with the different style master cylinder minus the booster.

You need to have atleast a 1/16 of play in the pedal. If it does not come back completely it will leak.I put that very same style on a 63 parklane without a booster. This era of cars are actually my specialty.I put a dual bowl 67 mustang master cylinder in my 64 comet cyclone and i had to modify the rod aswell.

you can do it from the backside.Easiest with the correct tool. But a screwdriver will work if it's loose enough.
