I foresee propane or hydrogen gas becoming new fuels in the future if gasoline doesn't make it very far....possibly alcohol even?

The bakken play of North Dakota makes Alaska look like a mud puddle....no shit. These wells are very expensive to drill. I am responsible for both the verticle and horizontal portions of the wells. I drill straight down to about 8500-9000 feet, then sideways to a total depth of around 19,000 ft. Although expensive to drill, they produce oil in the 500-700 barrel a day range for quite some time before they die down a little. At say....$70 per barrel, even the 500 barrel a day wells produce $35,000 worth of oil.......a day! Thats over a million dollars per month.......for just one well. I am over in Eastern North Dakota. And I am not joking when I say that the oil rig is my home. I have to stay on the rig 24 hours a day from start to finish. Thats about 23 days in a row, then home for just about a week, then back out again. So this place is basically my home. And this is the view out of my window.....LOL.
