I'm trying for a few more this year. Had problems and lost my old sponsors due to a sue happy world. They were worried that if I hurt someone on the track, or a rock kicked off my tire and hit a spectator, etc. that someone would sue them. Sad as it is I can see their point and see this happening . I know I have free vinyls this year atleast.

If the sponsor supplied the tires that thus launched some item into the face of another driver, then in a long roundabout way they might be able to put the blame on the sponsor. Sad stuff these days... I have 4-5 sponsors every year. Most have been with us since the first year driving in derbies. I'm wanting to get a local welding supplies shop to sponsor us this year so we can get free torch fuel

I have a few sponsors! Most of them are from knowing me when I was lil and just kinda tagged along! Love them tho, they are awesome groups of people!

Ive only got 2 sponsors. The local Junkyard, and a little variety store up the road. The junkyard supplys me with cars and parts and the store with free food and drinks, cant complain about that.
