HAS THE AUTHORITY FOR YOUR REMOVAL
All drivers must be of legal driving age. Drivers between 16-17 years of age must have a parental consent form signed. A driver’s license is not required.
Officials reserve the right to accept or reject any and all entries.
Only drivers, mechanic, etc.. 16 and older who sign an insurance release sheet will be allowed in the pit area.
Competitors signing the insurance form and release sheets acknowledge the following guidelines and agree to abide by them
AUTOMOBILE REGULATIONS/FULL SIZE CARS
(Trophies will be given to Top 3 Finalist)

1.1980 or Newer (No Exceptions)
2.Must be hardtop car or station wagon. No HEARSES, LIMOS, TRUCKS, JEEPS OR 4 WHEEL DRIVES of that year.
3.All glass, lights, lenses, moldings, door handles, plastic grills, etc. must be removed before arriving at the track.
4.All cars must have operating seat belts or the car will not compete. Entry money will not be refunded. Seatbelts must be worn during the demo derby.
5.Factory gas tanks must be removed and a smaller tank mounted in the driver’s compartment. A boat tank or fuel cell is recommended. Maximum size of tank is 6.5 gallons. Tank must be securely mounted to the floor (it must not move when shaken). It may be metal or plastic but must not leak. If it is a marine tank it must have fittings to attach lines. NO CUTTING HOLES IN THE LID AND SHOVING A HOSE THROUGH THE HOLES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6.Fuel tanks and batteries must be covered with a non-flammable material.
7.Electric Fuel pumps and transmission coolers are allowed. Electric fuel pumps must have an emergency shut off.
8.Distributor Protectors are allowed. They must be 5” away from the cage.
9.Hoods and deck lids must be wired, chained, bolted or all thread (no larger than 1”). Hoods must have two holes to help fight fires. Hoods must be open for inspections. Doors and trunk lid can be welded solid, but trunk lid must have 12” X 12” inspection hole in the center. Doors may be wired, chained or welded. Any driver’s door that comes open during competition will result in immediate disqualification. No come along connections. All threads must be cut at the nut.
10.A CAGE IS MANDATORY for the driver’s safety. Nothing can extend through or outside the fire wall of the driver’s compartments or even with the back door on wagons and must not attach to the frame. We strongly recommend a roll over bar.
11.Roof signs are Mandatory.
12.Body mounts must remain in place or can be substituted with washers stacked at least a ½”. This includes radiator support. Bolts may be replaced but should not be oversized. All thread can be 1” through the radiator support and no bigger than ¾” the rest of the way through. Washers should be no more than 3” in diameter in any directions.
13.Remove all trailer hitches.
14.Suspesion can be solid, No inverted spring shackles, adding extra main leafs or welding or bolting leaf springs. No homemade steering columns allowed. A knuckle in the steering column is permitted. Trailing arms may be shortened or lengthened but no be doubled or braced.
15.Any 16 inch or small tire is permitted. Liquid filled OK. NO studs or valve stem guards. NO wheel weights.
16.Radiator must remain in stock location. No added reserve tanks. Radiator must be strapped or wired in. No homemade or reinforced radiator supports allowed. small piece 2X2 angle across tp of radiator support ok.
17.Bumper shocks may be welded or chained. No added bracing.
18.Frame reinforcements: Pitching on Fords is allowed but no added welds. Plating the humps on Chevys and fords is allowed. Plates must be no more than 22 inches and must contour the frame. Plates must be no thicker than 3/16 inch thick,This will be ENFORCED!! only 2- 3x3 plates to fix bends per frame rail.
19.Do not plate over frame or factory holes. No extra metal allowed to be added anywhere. No welding on frame seams except cowe forward top and bottom, Winning cars are subject to have frames drilled or torched for inspection. No welding on frame anywhere except bumper brackets. No undercoating or paint on frame.
20.Any bumper allowed
21.Any motor allowed in any car
22.No electric fans permitted unless car was produced with one
23.Anything may be removed from the vehicle
24.All Freon must be removed from the cars before arriving at the track
25.Number 9 wire or a bar must be attached from the roof to the firewall in front of the driver.
26.If cars are found to be illegal – NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Cars should be brought legal. If the rules do not say it, then don’t do it unless we give you permission. If you have any questions on any of the rules, don’t take a chance, please call to clarify.
27. 16" from bottom of back bumper to the ground, must weld striaght to frame, NO RAISING!
28. Kickers must be sheet metal to sheet metal, from roof to rain channel
MINI CAR REGULATIONS

Must be powered by 4 or 6 cylinders. No 4-Wheel Drives
Must be 105 or less wheel base
No frame shortening or rear end moving permitted

BIG CARS & MINI CARS
YOU CAN BE DISQUALIFIED FOR:
Using up 2 minute time limit
Hitting driver’s door. First time a warning, second time you will be black flagged
Driving off track to escape competition
Any fire not immediately put out. Officials will give drivers benefit of doubt
Refusing to obey orders of officials. This applies to both drivers and pit crew.
Sandbagging
POSSESSING ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ON GROUNDS (ANY COOLER MAY AND CAN BE CONFISCATED AT ANY TIME)
FEATURE FOR FULL-SIZED CARS WILL BE MADE UP AS FOLLOWS:
If there are 1-4 heats, the top 3 drivers and the maddog winner will advance to the feature event. It must be the same vehicle driven in the heat. NO SWITCHING CAR OR DRIVER. Top two running vehicles in heat will receive a trophy. Third place car in heat gets a free trip to the feature. Heats will end when the third car is no longer running, a driver takes self out or two-minute time limit is up.
