woops forgot about that....how far back is the dimple and how does that compare with the crease on the trunk?

its about the same as the crease,,,,, i went back even with the shackles cuz any further back and i would have heated the bumper shock since its in the frame,,,, but wat woulda been the difference since i accidently cut into the "top frame" wen i cut the trunk floor holes for the chains

yea them mopars are strange in the rears.... lol but yea that looks like something i would do did you just heat it or did you also hit is with a poiny object/hammer can't really tell....also if notched right frames shouldn't rip but then again like i said mopars are weird

I always leave back bumper on my mopar sedans.push bumper shocks in and weld em. The azzend is just for looks on a mopar sedan,the nose is the business part. ;D

well guys, i put a different carb on this car that i got for free out of a 79 newport that was derbyd last year (car is in before and after pics),,,,, the only word i have for the carb change is WOW!!!! made one he!! of a difference

cranked up the torsion bars to the max today,,,, she sits pretty cocky looking now ;D

i just did and i couldnt find anything on trunk chains in there so im gonna assume im fine..... for now anyway

4 points max and trunk lid cannot be attached to frame or bottom of trunk. No saying they won't allow it, but its a little grey area.
