what do you guys prefer. Any of the cars ive ran before were injected so i had to use an electric pump. But my two v8's have the pump on the engine. Im not sure how much I would trust this in the demo, id be very pissed if it failed causing me to lose. What do you guys think?

I have always had good luck with mechanical pumps, I dont think I would run electric. If you dont trust the pumps that are on the motors go buy new ones. Eithier or they both can fail the best you can do is buy new every time

I run mechanical. I had an electric start pushing past the carb once. Never had any issues with mechanical. I don't run an alternator either....and never will.
