For bars that go straigt down to the frame we call them down bars,,, kickers are bars that are put in at an angle,, most common place to put kickers is from the dash bar to in front of the crush box area,,,, and from top of the core support to the frame in front of the a arms. If you are aloud to use kickers it is the easyest way to make a car a lot harder.

Are rule of a four point cage is a front and back bar and door bars.. but we got slick most of all are races are allowing us gas tank protectors for safety but we all know thats not why we like them. And halos are manditory everywhere.
