we got new rules this year so ill have alot more work to do on the car, unfortunately its blocked in by a huge snow pile so i cant work on it yet.... anyway here is some of my new rules and things i gotta do to the car
.................
i can now weld all doors and trunk in 6 spots using 4 inch strap metal, have to add 2 more connection points on the hood, i can now plate my frame and humps where it bent with 4x 1/8 strap metal on 2 side of bend, i can now also flap my tires so i wont have to worry about flats to much, and weld a arms forward on frame too, and possibly add a halo bar too....... i LOVE our new rule changes, there is more that were added but these are the only ones im doing this year

u planning on coming over to play again derrick? I doubt it. Work is killing me this year. I have my cordoba done, but I am 90% sure I won't have time to build one of my imperials. So it looks like I will only get a chance to run in one show, and I'll have to put in for vacation to even do that. SUCKS!!! I will probably just run the local show and call it a year.

A few more updates since Travis is down at college and won't have internet until this weekend. As he stated above the core support is in, as well as a radiator. Tonite I took a radiator out of an old pickup so he's got a spare. Front bumper is also back on. Back end was pushed down using a loader and came out pretty good. Might do some more work with it yet-he's looking at a few different ideas with it. I'm probably forgetting a few things but it's getting closer to being done. A few things to do yet such as flap tires, try to do some work with the humps or backend... A few picture updates: Plan to cut off the very back of the trunk that tore when we tried pulling the back down. And he's putting together a roof sign. Piece of metal painted white that will have some vinyl decals similar to this:

What did you end up doing with the humps? Just curious, My Polara's are just starting to bend on the Pass side. Once they start its not long before they're done.
