Hello all, A few years back i built my 1st homemade RC Car. I used a stripped down weed-eater engine(32cc) and everything else i built from scratch. The project took me about 3-4 months of spare time here and there. One of the biggest mistakes was me trying to be different and using a belt drive(ended up slipping all of the time even with an added tensioning system i made) So without further delay, here are some pics i took throughout the build..... My polished-stripped- down-modified engine this pic shows the rolling chassis with OLD exhaust, no electronics,or steering mechanism battery/servo box overhead view of car at 75% done one of the final pics without steering system, you can see the "powerband" exhaust that i fabricated here, and the shock-absorbing push bar...lol
