well put my new solenoid on and wired it to a switch to start it instead of the ignition. starts up like a champ

got the rear bumper shocks flipped so that the trunk doesnt get ripped off the frame like it did on my 90 vic. might be tucking the trunk tomorrow along with cleaning the rest of the inside out and mounting the fuel cell

Well yall i got my fuel cell in and the trunk tuck i think it turned out pretty good for my first tuck were only aloud to chain the trunk in four places so im going two up top by the hinges and two on the bottom around the frame. still got to notch then the rears done

this past derby here they inspectors were kinda picky about the trunk lid being against any part of the in side trunk area. make sure you have a lil space between the part of the lid thats in side and the back of the trunk. i had to bend my trunk lid in a lil more

they are mainly worried if it tuches the rear of the inside like the inside of where the taillights go.

o ok so no the bottom of the floor. its not touching the rear like where the latch is at least it wont be when im done lol

thanks in using a seat belt to hold it down lol and it just sits in the steel holder thats self tapped in the body lol

you should use bolts to hold down your gas tank holder to the floor the seat blets a good idea those are tough i've had gas tanks bouncing around in my cars before and it's not a good thing lol

lol yea true what i have in my other vic is that metal ribbon stripping holding down the tank same as the bolts lol but the tank on this vic opens from the middle so i need something that can release and tighten back down

Hi, we spoke on you tube. I would have tucked that trunk about halfway.Also I didn't have any issues with mine as far as clearance on sides from inspectors. Also I didn't even wire the trunk in.The weight alone without the springs(cut) and the corners bent did the work.I have done this method a few times now.

nice im gonne chain mine around the frame on the bottom so it helps hold the body to the frame. I know stoney roberts tends to change the rules from place to place but thanks for the tips

I can tell you right now they won't allow any chains on frames or rearend etc. Tried in the past no luck...
